How long does it take for my product to ship?

Lead times to ship products vary from Merchant to Merchant. We encourage our sellers to ship most of the items out within 48 Hours of receiving notification.

Where do my items Ship from?

BluTag doesn’t hold any inventory and every product is shipped directly from our Merchant Partners. We are very selective of all our partners to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all our customers.

Can I contact Merchants directly?

Yes, every product page has a button to call the merchant or request callback from the the merchant (outside of merchant business hours).

What is the BluTag return policy?

Because BluTag is a Marketplace that supports multiple Merchants, your return policy might differ based on what merchant you are buying from. The return policy will be clearly stated on each product detail page.

Is my Credit Card information safe?

Security if our number one priority and we take it very seriously. We don’t save any credit card numbers in our database but use PayPal Vault for managing payments. You are able to see the last 4 digits of your credit card number to help identify which card you are using, and that is the only information we have on your account as well. Once you process a payment, we do a secure token exchange with PayPal vault and the transaction takes place without any further exchange of Financial Information.
